INTRODUCTION The Hydro-Arch system is low in cost, beating competing systems including pre-cast arches and boxes, multiplate arches, and DOT cast-in-place box culverts. Standard spans range from 6 to 48 feet, and the rise from invert to crown is adjustable to meet flow requirements, in addition, we can design and build a Hydro-Arch system to meet any specific load criteria. Hydro-Arch systems also save time because we stock a large inventory of reusable steel forms, so construction can start quickly after we receive an order. There is no waiting for pre-cast units to be manufactured.
